If, for any reason, you wish to return a product bought from Pac ‘n Vac, we will issue a full refund for any item, including the delivery charge, provided you let us know by email or by phone on 0800 612 6048 (calls free) within 14 working days from the day following delivery of your order, and return the item to us at the address provided. We will issue you with a Returns Number which should be clearly marked on the return package. We ask that you take reasonable care of the products prior to returning them to us and that no use of the products is made prior to their return.
Products are returned at the customer’s risk. Please wrap the products securely and retain your proof of postage. We cannot take responsibility for any parcels lost in transit.
Please allow up to 28 days from the day we receive the returned goods for refunds to be processed.
In the unlikely event that any product you purchase from us is faulty or becomes
damaged within a year of purchase, provided this has not been deliberate or through misuse or inattention to our Care and Use instructions, we will replace it free of charge. Simply contact us with details.
FREE PART REPLACEMENT SERVICE
If you lose a seal or button valve or it fails (provided this has not been deliberate or through misuse or inattention to our Care and Use instructions) we send you a replacement free of charge.
